| To speed up the acquisitions process and enhance your chances, please follow these instructions |

- Print out and COMPLETE the submission form and mail it along with your screener.
- Attach a synopsis to the submission form.
- Fill in a separate form for each movie you are submitting.
- Send us a DVD or VHS of your movie (Full Length).
- NTSC or All Region screeners only, PAL will NOT play in our systems!
- Double check the quality of the screener you are sending.
Does it really play? Is there sound? Etc.
- Clearly label your screener with the title.
